• Renewable sources will provide at least 20% of the developmentís energy.
• The team is working towards an Excellent rating under the widely recognised BREEAM standard and a 4-star rating under the Code for Sustainable Homes.
• Tesco has its own target to reduce the energy it uses by 50% by 2020.
